located just 200 m from Diani Beach.
Experience carefree holidays in our villa with 180 m˛ living space
on 1,300 m˛ of property.
The
house is located in a guarded settlement with many other villas.
Therefore, only authorised persons are allowed to enter. Our
property is enclosed by a fence, which can only be entered through
one gate.
In the
house you will find:

bedrooms with double beds, naturally with mosquito nets

bathroom with 2 washbasins, shower and toilet

Kitchen with all necessary electrical appliances

Large living room with another double bed, television,
DVD-player,
comfortable and cozy sitting area, including a terrace with
ocean view

Large terrace on the ground floor with comfortable sitting area,
as well as a dining area with stylish Kenyan furniture
-
bed for
baby with mosquito net, buggy and toy for children.
In the
storage room is a washing machine.
On the
property, covered with tropical plants, there is a newly built
swimming pool with comfortable reclining chairs to relax in.
Our cook
cares for your well-being. He is at your disposal Monday – Sunday
from 8.00 – 17.00 o´clock. He will gladly be of assistance when it
comes to grocery shopping. Groceries are very inexpensive in Kenya
and you can find just about everything desired. From time to time,
fishmongers come to the property, offering freshly caught fish and
seafood.
The
villa is cleaned daily. Likewise, there are plenty of bed linens and
towels.
